Taking into account how you might like to manage your Plan, we have put together a list of aspects to assist you in the process of changing, amending or managing your Plan.

How can we help you?

• I would like to change my monthly contribution amount.

• I would like to change the account details for my monthly contributions.

• I would like to nominate or change my Plan Guardian.

• I would like to nominate or change my Plan Beneficiaries.

• I would like to make an additional contribution towards my child’s Plan.
  Download the Additional Contribution PDF form, complete, sign and post or fax it back to us with your personal or bank cheque (or deposit the funds using BPAY‚ using our Biller Code number and the unique reference number provided with each child’s Plan). (39K - 0m5s)
• I would like to have a family member or friend make a contribution towards my child’s Plan.
